Unless one of the exceptions listed below applies, you can withdraw from your order without giving any pattern in a 14 days from the date on which you (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier), physically took possession of the Purchased Products or the date on which you entered into the contract.
You must notify TISSUS PRICE of your decision to withdraw your order.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, simply send your withdrawal request before the 14-day deadline expires and return your Product.

TISSUS PRICE will refund you all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs (i.e. the least expensive delivery we offer) no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal request. TISSUS PRICE reserves the right to use the same means of payment as you used in your initial order, unless you expressly agree to a different method. In any event, this refund will not incur any additional costs for you. However, TISSUS PRICE may defer the refund until the receipt of the Product(s) or until you have provided proof of dispatch of the product(s), whichever is the earlier. If the refund occurs after the above-mentioned deadline, the amount due to you will be increased automatically.
Please note that you must return the product(s) by following the instructions available from our online return centre no later than 14 days from the date you notified us of your withdrawal decision.
You must pay the direct costs of returning the product(s). You will be responsible for the depreciation of the value of the product(s) resulting from manipulations (other than those necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of this product(s).
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal shall not apply in the following cases:
"Fault coupons"These products have a visible defect and are sold at reduced prices to avoid waste. As such, they cannot be returned or reimbursed.
Coupons sold for promotion.
Products likely to deteriorate rapidly or made according to customer specifications.
Fabrics, sewing kits or personalized coupons.
The fabrics, sewing kits and coupons printed on demand in our workshop, identified by the label "PRINTED IN FRANCE".
Any product that has been used, cut or washed.
Defective products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, you have up to 30 days after reception to contact us. In this case, you will be able to request an exchange or a full refund, provided the product is in the same condition as at the reception (uncut, unwashed).
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw this contract by means of a declaration without ambiguity (e.g. letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) by post to the address Tissus Price, 86 rue des Découvertes, ZAC des Bousquets, 83390 Cuers ; by telephone at 04 22 14 50 00 or by email via the contact form.
For the withdrawal period to be respected, it is sufficient that you transmit your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
You have14 daysfrom the receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify pattern. However, in order for you to benefit from this right,products must be returned in their original state: intact and unused (uncut, unwashed), in their original packaging if applicable (e.g. blister intact), accompanied by a copy or original of the delivery note.

To facilitate the return process and ensure optimal management, please Contact our After Sale Service. If an error on our part is found, we will provide you with a return slip to ensure that your request is processed quickly and efficiently.
For all complaint due to an error on our part After validation of the VAS service, a return slip will be sent to you to return only the product mentioned in the folder opened by the VAS.
Be careful when you receive your return, if the criteria for the returned product do not match your claim, you will be reimbursed, but the return costs will be deducted.
For information, we do not charge the return fee for color variances between your screen and the product, we remind you that a sample service is at your disposal to discover the product before the purchase.
