Right of withdrawal

RIGHT OF RETRACTATION

 

Unless one of the exceptions listed below is applicable, you can withdraw from your order without giving any pattern in a 14 days from the date on which you (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier), physically took possession of the Purchased Products or the date on which you entered into the contract.

You must notify TISSUS PRICE of your decision to withdraw your order.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, simply send your withdrawal request before the 14-day deadline expires and return your Product.

Attention, according to Article L121-20-2 of the Consumer Code, which states that custom made goods may not be returned for sale after the customer has refused, any custom fabric order will not be taken over or exchanged.

EFFECTS OF RETRACTATION

TISSUS PRICE will refund you all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs (i.e. the least expensive delivery we offer) no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal request. TISSUS PRICE reserves the right to use the same means of payment as you used in your initial order, unless you expressly agree to a different method. In any event, this refund will not incur any additional costs for you. However, TISSUS PRICE may defer the refund until the receipt of the Product(s) or until you have provided proof of shipment of the product(s), whichever is the earlier. If the refund occurs after the above deadline, the amount due to you will be increased automatically.

Please note that you must return the product(s) by following the instructions available from our online return centre no later than 14 days from the date you notified us of your withdrawal decision.

You must pay the direct costs of returning the product(s). You will be responsible for the depreciation of the value of the product(s) resulting from manipulations (other than those necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of this product(s))

 

SCOPE TIME

For optimal satisfaction, we offer a 30-day extended right of return from the receipt of the product.

The Parties agree that only the withdrawal period shall be waived. The terms and conditions for the exercise of this right of withdrawal remain determined by law and these general conditions.

 

EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF RETRACTATION

In accordance with the law, the Customer is informed that the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • the delivery of products which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection, if you have unsealed them or, after delivery, which have been inextricably mixed with other items ;
  • the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software when unsealed after delivery ;
  • the delivery of products that have been made according to your specifications or clearly customized ;
  • the supply of products likely to deteriorate or perish rapidly ;
  • the provision of services fully executed by TISSUS PRICE for which you have accepted at the time of placing your order that we begin their execution, and waive your right of withdrawal ;
  • the provision of digital content (including applications, computer software, e-books, music download, etc.) not provided on a physical medium (e.g. on a CD or DVD) if you accepted at the time of placing your order that we begin to supply it and waive your right of withdrawal ;
  • the provision of newspapers, periodicals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts for such publications ;
  • the supply of alcoholic beverages whose agreed value at the conclusion of the contract depends on fluctuations in the market beyond our control.

In any event, the Customer undertakes to return the Product(s) under the following conditions:

  1. Use the original packaging to return the product.
  2. Make the order number on the packaging legibly visible. Returns without order number are not accepted.
  3. Send the package to the following address:

TISSUS PRICE does not accept packages sent in due port.

The products must be returned to TISSUS PRICE in perfect condition of resale, in their original condition (packaging, accessories, notice...).

For any claim due to an error on our part after validation of the VAS service, a return slip will be sent to you to return only the product mentioned in the file opened by the VAS.

Be careful when you receive your return, if the criteria for the returned product do not match your claim, you will be reimbursed, but the return costs will be deducted.

For information, we do not charge the return fee for color variances between your screen and the product, we remind you that a sample service is at your disposal to discover the product before the purchase.

 

EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF RETRACTATION

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw this contract by means of a declaration without ambiguity (e.g. letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) by post to the address Tissus Price, 160 street discovered, 83390 Cuers ; by telephone at 06 71 11 41 32 or by email via the contact form.

For the withdrawal period to be respected, it is sufficient that you transmit your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
