Payment by administrative mandate

1. Pass the Command:

   • Go to our website and select the products/services you want to order.
   • During the order process, be sure to provide the correct billing address that will appear on Chorus.

2. Select Settlement Mode:

   • Indicate "Administrative Term" as the method of settlement.

3. Receive the Confirmation Mail:

   • After the validation of your order, you will receive a confirmation email.
   • This email will contain a link to access the administrative mandate form.

4. Complete the Form:

   • Follow the link to access the online form.
   • Complete all required information in the form.

5. Return the Form:

   • Once the form has been completed, please return it to the e-mail address indicated in the PDF file attached to your internal order form (optional).

6. Order Validation and Processing:

   • Upon receipt of the completed form, your order will be validated and processed as soon as possible.

7. Delivery Information :

   • Please note that there is no relay point delivery.

8. Inadequate stock:

   • If the stock is insufficient according to your wishes, please make a quotation request by contacting us directly.
