Orders are generally prepared the next business day. The shipment then takes about 3 days when the command is shipped with Colissimo and DPD. The on-site recovery controls are in general ready within 48 hours. The delivery time of printed tissue commands on demand is likely to be extended.

In general, unless otherwise stated, all our fabrics are sold at 1/2 meters. Whenever possible, the unit of measurement is specified in the product sheet.

A coupon is a piece of fabric already cut with a given length. On the other hand of the fabric sold by the meter, you can not control the fabric that piece by piece. For example, for a product sold in 2 meters coupon, if you order 4 coupons: 4 x coupons of 2 meters = 8 meters of fabric.

Width and size of laizes, represent the same thing.

Effects of withdrawal

Fabrics Price will reimburse you all the payments received from you, including standard delivery charges (that is, corresponding to the least expensive delivery we propose) no later than 14 days from receipt of your request for withdrawal. Fabrics Price reserves the right to use the same payment method as you used during your initial order unless you expressly agree with a different means. In any case, this refund will not cause additional costs for you. However, fabrics Price may differ until the reimbursement of the product (s) or until you have provided proof of shipping (s), the date withheld being the first of these facts. If the repayment occurs after the deadline mentioned above, the amount that is owed to you will be increased in right.

Extended retraction time
