Your order is entrusted to La Poste or to a private carrier according to the packaging of your package.

Orders are usually prepared the next working day. The shipment then takes about 3 days when the order is shipped with Colissimo and DPD. On-site recovery orders are usually ready within 48 hours. The time limit for the delivery of orders for printed fabrics on demand may be extended.

In general, unless otherwise stated, all our fabrics are sold on a 1/2 metre basis. Where possible, the unit of measurement shall be specified in the product form.

A coupon is a piece of fabric already cut by a given length. Unlike the fabric sold per metre, you can only order the fabric piece by piece. For example, for a product sold in 2 meters coupon, if you order 4 coupons: 4 x 2 meters coupons = 8 meters fabric.

Width and size of laizes, represent the same thing.

Except in exceptional cases, the width of our fabrics is indicated in our product sheets. If not, you can contact us by email contact@tissusprice.com, or via the contact form, we will then be very happy to correct the product sheet and tell you by email the size of the product.

This is the main problem of all online shops: photos!

On colours:

We take special care of our photos, but many pitfalls can strongly distort their rendering:

- Taking photos,

- Lighting,

- The screen setting.

In order to avoid disagreement, we update our product sheets to indicate maximum product details, including colours.

On the grounds:

The photos can be very misleading about the size and distribution of the patterns. On the other hand, we try to show you the distribution and repetition of patterns through our mockups.

Unfortunately, despite all our efforts to avoid these disappointments, this can happen. In this case, you can contact us by email@tissusprice.com or by telephone at 04 22 14 50 00 to see together the terms of shipment of the product.

Unless one of the exceptions listed below is applicable, you may withdraw from your order without giving reasons within 14 days of the date on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) took physical possession of the Purchased Products or the date on which you entered into the contract.

You must notify TISSUS PRICE of your decision to withdraw your order.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, simply send your withdrawal request before the 14-day deadline expires and return your Product.

EFFECTS OF RETRACTATION

TISSUS PRICE will refund you all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs (i.e. the least expensive delivery we offer) no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal request. TISSUS PRICE reserves the right to use the same means of payment as you used in your initial order, unless you expressly agree to a different method. In any event, this refund will not incur any additional costs for you. However, TISSUS PRICE may defer the refund until the receipt of the Product(s) or until you have provided proof of dispatch of the product(s), whichever is the earlier. If the refund occurs after the above deadline, the amount due to you will be increased automatically.

Please note that you must return the product(s) by following the instructions available from our online return centre no later than 14 days from the date you notified us of your withdrawal decision.

You must pay the direct costs of returning the product(s). You will be responsible for the depreciation of the value of the product(s) resulting from manipulations (other than those necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of this product(s).

TIME LIMITED

For optimal satisfaction, we offer a 30-day extended return fee on receipt of the product.

The Parties agree that only the withdrawal period shall be waived. The terms and conditions for the exercise of this right of withdrawal remain determined by law and these general conditions.

EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF RETRACTATION

In accordance with the law, the Customer is informed that the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• • the delivery of products which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection, if you have unsealed them or, after delivery, which have been inextricably mixed with other items;
• • delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software when unsealed after delivery;
• • the delivery of products that have been made according to your specifications or clearly customized;
• • the supply of products likely to deteriorate or perish rapidly;
• • the provision of services fully executed by TISSUS PRICE for which you have accepted at the time of placing your order that we begin their execution, and waive your right of withdrawal;
• • the provision of digital content (including applications, computer software, e-books, music download, etc.) not provided on a physical medium (e.g. on a CD or DVD) if you accepted at the time of placing your order that we begin to supply it and waive your right of withdrawal;
• • the provision of newspapers, periodicals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts for such publications; and
• • the supply of alcoholic beverages whose agreed value at the conclusion of the contract depends on fluctuations in the market beyond our control.

In any event, the Customer undertakes to return the Product(s) under the following conditions:

1. Use the original packaging to return the product.

2. Make the order number on the packaging legibly visible. Returns without order number are not accepted.

TISSUS PRICE does not accept packages sent in due port.

The products must be returned to TISSUS PRICE in perfect condition of resale, in their original condition (packaging, accessories, notice...).

EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF RETRACTATION

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw this contract by means of a declaration without ambiguity (e.g. letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) by post to the address Tissues Price, 86 rue des Découvertes, ZAC des Bousquets, 83390 Cuers; by telephone on 04 22 14 50 00 or by e-mail via the contact form.

For the withdrawal period to be respected, it is sufficient that you transmit your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

In this particular case, we contact you. Three choices are possible:

A similar product, or in another color suits you,

We send you the order and refund you the missing product,

You wish to cancel the order and we will refund you.

You will then be reimbursed via the payment method used during your order, or if you wish, by a purchase order usable on the site.

Fabrics Price wants to limit its waste as much as possible, it is in this eco-responsible non-waste approach that we offer our coupons printed in France with slight defects.

Our default coupons are especially printed kits and coupons that have undergone a small defect when printing or cutting;

• - A color defect: the color does not come out the right way
• - A printing defect: there are small tasks on the fabric
• - A cutting defect: the kit or coupon is cut at one place, but there is still a good part of the coupon to complete the project
• - A blush defect: ink to bathe in one or more small places on the fabric
• - A trait defect: lines overlap or a trait appeared where it should not.

These defects are usually placed in one place and not on the entire kit. This always allows you to make all or a good part of the product. These are small defects that allow you to enjoy the same product at a low price.
