Sew a bag and a wallet

To achieve this Tuto Couture, we will need the following sewing material:

To start, cut out all your pieces (for the bag + the wallet). We will first start sewing the bag, then we will make the wallet.

How to sew the bag?

STEP 1 - ALLOW

Gurnle the part of the room.

Step 2 - The cord

Cut the cord into two pieces of 1m50 each.

Place the two pieces of cord side by side on an edge of the room, and fold the fabric over it.

Picite a few millimeters from the edge of the fabric using a zipper.

Pull on the cords so that they are each removed at opposite sides, paying attention to letting the cord ends on both sides.

Put the two long ends of cord side by side on the other edge of the room and fold and sew as for the previous side.

Fold your room place on location.

Pull on your cords to align them on each side.

Repair your cord ends to 5cm from the bag on each side.

Picite the sides of the bag by being careful not to sew above the filled on the top of the bag (otherwise it will not slide).

Step 3 - Deginding angles

Disconnect the angles down, return the bag.

It's over!

How to sew a wallet?

Step 1 - Assembly of the sides

Fold one of the rectangles as a bias on the long side.

Picite a few millimeters from each edge to maintain.

Cut the other rectangle supplied to 7cm (or difference between wallet tower and the zipper length + 2cm if you have chosen a closure of a different size).

Step 2: The zipper

Build or pre-sticken the machine the passpoil on the zipper.

Step 3: place against place

Assemble a side of the zipper to the rectangle which serves the wallet at the wallet against place by taking the ends of the previously sewn link and folded in the seam.

Align the middle of the rectangle with place against a landmark in the center of a small side of a piece of the wallet.

Step 4: Assembly

-Beach all the trick of the wallet piece your rectangle and your picks leaving 1cm free at the bottom of the rectangle. When you arrive at the end, stop at 1cm from the join.

-Break for the other side.

-Seem the free closing tips with the rectangle.

-Plick the two sides to the machine on your frame point.
